Anaemia Natural Medicine Treatment Protocol
A Natural Remedy for Anaemia
Anaemia is most commonly defined as a decrease in red blood cells (hemoglobin). Whilst there are different types of Anaemia the most common symptoms we encounter are;
- Pale skin,
- Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes),
- Coldness of the skin,
- Heart palpitations,
- Shortness of breath
There are a few causes of Anaemia which carry their own symptoms such as;
Iron Deficiency – This is when the body is lacking in Iron. Symptoms include Koilonychia (which causes the nails to flatten or even curve upwards and become very thin and brittle), cracks around the corners of your mouth, a sore tongue and also cravings for certain foods.
B12 Deficiency: This is when your body is lacking in vitamin B12. Symptoms include pins and needles (a tingling sensation varying in severity) in the hands and feet, clumsiness and stiffness of the limbs, difficulty walking, and if left untreated can eventually lead to Dementia.
Whilst the treatment protocol below is a general overview, we always recommend booking a consultation face to face or if this is not possible then a consultation over the phone is also available.
We highly recommend everyone reads the Lifestyle, Nutrition and Wellbeing advice as this is crucial for the healing process to be effective. According to traditional knowledge for natural remedies we recommend a treatment for the duration of 40 days (6 weeks). Please see the table below as a guide for Anaemia that we have developed from customer feedback over the last 25 years.
