A Natural Remedy for Flu
The Flu also known as Influenza, is a highly contagious disease, most commonly spread through coughing and sneezing. The Flu can spread by contact with contaminated items such as bus/train handles, door knobs, silverware, TV remotes and kissing. The Virus then enters your body when you touch your face, like your eyes, nose or mouth.
Common symptoms of Flu are: Fever and Chills (usually at the same time), heavy sweating, Coughs and a sore throat, aching muscles, Fatigue (very tired, no energy), headaches, stuffy or runny nose and occasionally some people can get vomiting or diarrhea.
Flus generally last up to two weeks, with the most severe symptoms subsiding after a few days. It is rare to be hospitalized from the Flu and rarer still to pass away from it. We often have clients calling us when they catch the flu to see if there is any natural medicine that can eliminate it instantly. Sadly there is no so such thing, however we do have a protocol that can reduce the length of time and the severity.

Please note: It is better to eat less. Try to fast if you can as the more you eat the more you will feed the virus. Keep well hydrated by drinking plenty of water and avoid protein and sugar rich foods. The above nutritional recommendation is a standard approach. These can and will change according to each person.
