A Natural Remedy for Menopause Treatment
We have treating our clients with our Menopause Treatment for the last two decades and have had lots of positive feedback. Menopause is when the ovaries stop producing eggs and estrogen levels fall at the end of the period cycle.
Typically this occurs with women in their fifties however we have had cases as young as mid thirties experiencing premature menopause.
During the menopause ovaries stop releasing eggs halting production of estrogen and progesterone causing symptoms. The most common symptoms we encounter when treating our clients for menopause consist of;
- Irregular periods
- Changes in your mood
- Hot flushes and night sweats
- Depressed or Anxiety
- Poor Concentrating
- Poor Memory.
- Vaginal dryness and pain during sex
- Loss of Libido
- Urinary problems
Many of our clients have reported side effects ranging from great discomfort to serious health complications and conditions resulting in a further decline in the quality of life from certain main stream treatments.
Whilst the treatment protocol below is a general overview. We always recommend booking a consultation face to face or if this is not possible then a consultation over the phone so we can make a unique protocol specific to your condition and health.
Nutrition and diet advice;
During menopause, women should eat only organic, healthy and nutritional food. Minerals like calcium, magnesium become deficient during this time, so a diet rich in these minerals and vitamins such as Vitamin D are highly recommended. Some of the calcium-rich foods are: milk (and milk products), beans and peas. Take green leafy vegetables, fruits, grains, eat sprouts, milk and cheese. Freshly prepared fruit juice is highly recommended during this period. However, oily, fatty, fried and spicy foods should be completely avoided.
The vagina gets dried causing pain during and after the menopause. Menopausal women should drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glass daily) and other fluids like freshly prepared fruit juice. However, diuretics like caffeine, tea and alcohol should be avoided where possible.
Soy foods play vital role in increasing the amount of estrogen in the body. It also regulates the cholesterol level, makes bone strong and improves symptoms of hot flushes.
Linseed is an effective nutritional food for the treatment of menopause whilst sunflower seed help in increasing the estrogen level in the body. An easy way to consume would be to sprinkle seeds over salads, add to sauce or with yoghurt and fruit.
